I have 4 accounts ( three checking and one money market ) with BBVA ( now PNC ) and I have no access to these since Monday XX/XX/21. I physically went to the branch on XX/XX/21 and the teller was unable to give me the routing and account numbers due to limitations with the system. She was great but her hands were tied. I am able to login but my accounts are not visible, nor am I am able to complete any financial transactions. I have in writing that I would be supplied with these account numbers prior to the merger but nothing was received. I hope PNC is heavily fined for this gross negligence.
