I have been disputing a collection that popped up on my Experian credit report. However, when I mail in the dispute my investigation is not starting and I am waiting 45 days for them to put the dispute in. Additionally when I login on the website to submit my dispute I am getting a technical difficulties please call XXXX. But when I call this number during the working hours it will only let me speak with a machine that eventually hangs up on me. I have called several days and numerous amounts of times. I also called other Experian customer service numbers and I can never speak with anyone. Is it legal for them to block their calls and not allow us to speak to live representatives? Also is it legal for them to ignore my mail? Please let me know how or when this can be corrected.
