I have contacted both Trans Union and XXXX regarding several inquiries that are reporting on my reports respectively that were not made by me. I have mailed in disputes and spoken to each credit reporting agency several times over the phone and I am unable to get any form of remedy from those efforts. I have also filed the FTC fraud report as instructed and sent that in as well and they are still reporting. This is a violation of the fair credit reporting act. I need these removed immediately as they are a defamation and misrepresentation of myself and or affecting my credit worthiness causing me actual monetary damage in the form of denials and also higher interest rates.
