Today, XX/XX/2021 I contacted Experian at XXXX to get my credit freeze lifted, so that I could refinance my home mortgage. The options were limited and I inadvertently froze my credit. I was given a confirmation number ( XXXX ) and informed that my 'pin ' would be texted to me. I have not received a 'pin ', which I need to unfreeze the account. My complaint is that I have not received the pin, and Experian does not give consumers access to a 'live " person to resolve issues.
