On the XXXX of XX/XX/2021. I sent a certified mail dispute letter to WELLS FARGO, disputing the inaccuracies on the account, specifically the account number, which is in direct violation of FCRA 609. The certified letter was signed for on the on the XXXX day of XX/XX/2021. I waited 30 days hoping the company will correct the error. I sent a second round of certified dispute letter via mail on the XXXX of XX/XX/2021. Also, nothing happened, and on the XXXX day of XXXX, I wrote my 3rd and final dispute letter, which also fell on deaf ears. I then approached the legal route, to help mediate in the matter. WELLS FARGO did not show up at the hearing, nor sent a representative. A default judgement was awarded on the XXXX of XX/XX/2021, which was not appealed by the defendant ( WELLS FARGO ). I retrieved a certified true copy of the judgement, and I have come to lodge a complaint, so your department can help me enforce the judgement.
