Consumer Narrative
Our mortgage payment went up after only making our first 4 monthly payments. Amerisave Mortgage said we were short on escrow? How we just got the loan in XX/XX/XXXX first payment made XX/XX/2021 After all the approvals, underwriting, finance charges HOW could our payment go from $ 704 monthly to now as of XX/XX/XXXX it is now {$870.00} a month. We were suppose to be saving money. Our new payment is more than the old mortgage payment before we refinanced. Something isn't right. Amerisave will not contact us.
