I logged into my XXXX XXXX XXXX account and was looking at my charges and say a charge of {$44.00} to my account. The charge said " MONEYLION LOAN REPAYMENT ''. I do not have an account with them and when I contacted them they told me to send over my information so they can check it out. I did this and three days later they sent me another email saying they never heard back from me so they are closing my ticket. I called their customer service number and they said they would check it out and call me back. It has been three weeks almost and they have not contacted me. I have not taken out a loan with anybody. I think someone took out a loan in my name. I have student loans but they are through something else and they are paused anyway so I know it's not that. Please help me get this sorted out. I am trying to keep my credit score good and I don't want to pay for something I didn't sign up for. Thank you.
