There was a deposit made from PPP in to my Capital One 360 checking account ending in XXXX near the end of XXXX, but my funds were frozen. Additional documentation was requested and provided XXXX. via email. I called a few weeks later to check on the status and I was told the documentation was received and to check the status in a couple of weeks. I called back a couple of weeks later and was told the documentation which was my 2019 tax return was never received and to resend it on XXXX and check the status XXXX, as the process should be completed. I still have not received an answer on where they are in the process and my business is suffering because of it. They claim that the investigation could be indefinite, but that does not settle well with me as I could possibly be being discriminated against. I have been a customer for years with Capital One, provided my tax information and previously received funds close to the same amount in the same account prior. I spoke with XXXX # XXXX and he told me that it was not even assigned to an investigator yet, so he was going to escalate my file.
