XXXX XXXX, NV XXXX XXXX XXXX Loan Depot XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NJ XXXX Loan Number : XXXX Dear Sir or Madam I have received your monthly invoice concerning the XX/XX/2021 payment change. In the invoice you have included demands to increase my monthly payment to {$2400.00}, an increase of {$190.00}. This raise in my monthly payment is due to the addition of 2 items, a Hazard Insurance policy and payment of my County Tax to be included in my monthly payment. You have mentioned in your demand that there is shortage in my payment. I have reviewed this statement and I did not find any shortage. You have made a false statement to justify your demands. I neither asked for the Hazard Insurance policy nor do I want the insurance policy. Regarding you paying my County Tax, I want to continue paying the County Tax myself. In fact, you have the wrong amount of County Tax due in this payment year because I receive a discount in the County Tax. My discount is because I am a XXXX veteran and XXXX XXXX XXXX due to my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in the XXXX war. I, hereby reject both your demand for an increase in my monthly payment for a Hazard Insurance policy and including my County Tax in my monthly payment.
