I have disputed this account multiple times beginning in XX/XX/XXXX. I have been told that Experian uses the lender ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) to get their information. The last few times I have disputed the account ( XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ) for incorrect information, Experian refuses to delete the account and just updates the Foreclosure date. I have contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and they have not updated any information. The account was foreclosed in XXXX, NOT in XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX. I have contacted Experian as well on XX/XX/XXXX with this information and they have told me that XXXX XXXX is the one that keeps changing the date. However, XXXX XXXX does not have any record of the changes. What Experian is doing is fraud. This account needs to be deleted.
