On XX/XX/21 I wanted to contact Vanderbilt Mortgage back about the information they gave regarding contacting HUD to see if they were able to help me during my hardship due to Covid-19.I am currently 3 month behind since XX/XX/21. I spoke with XXXX XXXX about my situation. I told XXXX my unemployment stopped XXXX XXXX he did not believe me and went to my states unemployment page and told me that it did not stop and it didn't state anywhere on the page. From that point I felt he did not have any empathy towards my situation and basically made me feel I was lying. He continued to talk over me when I told him I have a job interview in a couple of days. XXXX continued to be very rude to me. I asked him his first and last name because I wanted to speak to a supervisor because of his actions. By this point I was livid because I could not believe the way he talked to me and continued ignoring my question about his name telling me he will not answer my question until I answer his.. He finally placed me on hold and no one ever came to the phone. I had to call back to get someone else that did not want to hear about my complaint but only wanted to talk about my balance. No one apologized but I called back again and was able to submit a loss mitigation request on XX/XX/21. During these unprecedented times I have loss my job, loss unemployment and had to deal with my daughter having XXXX. I am a very pleasant person and I have over 20 years of Customer service skills and clearly I was not treated like I should have been treated and this isn't the first time this has happened with this company.
