I have reached out to this company on several occasions asking for verification as to how I owe this company. They have yet to provide debt validation and They are reporting a balance when it is reporting as a charge off I offered to payoff the debt after validation but they are always rude in their responses. They have two accounts reporting that I owe and when I called about them they said they no longer have the debt that it was sold to another company so why is it still reporting monthly as a c/o? I am requesting that both accounts be validated or removed immediately.
