I am having trouble with a fraudulent unauthorized charge dispute I am having with Discover Card. I never made said purchase and promptly reported the transaction upon noticing the unauthorized charge on my Discover XXXX XXXX. As of XX/XX/21 I received a Fraud Affidavit form that Discover Card requires I submit. I am compliant and completed the form and mailed the completed form on XX/XX/21. We are fast approaching the 90 day mark and I believe that Discover is dragging out this process as I never made the disputed unauthorized transaction purchase. I am seeking assistance in getting this issue resolved as I never made this fraudulent unauthorized transaction.
