In XX/XX/2020, XXXX reported the last payment of {$93.00} to them 30 days late in error. We contacted the company and they agreed in writing ( even providing a reference number ) that they would update my credit report with all three bureaus to show that it was never delinquent. I have a copy of any email from them to verify this agreement. They admitted to the error but my credit report was never updated. The AUD control number for the update request that was sent to the Nationwide Credit Reporting Agencies is ( XXXX ). Nothing was done by the credit bureaus. This has greatly impacted my credit score.
