Transaction Date : XX/XX/2021, XXXX XXXX Amount transferred : XXXX XXXX from XXXX ( through XXXX ) to my account in coinbase. The amount was confirmed to be sent out from my account, and payment already confirmed to my bank account with coinbase ( attached is the outgoing payment Proof of Deposit from the partner of XXXX ). However coinbase insisted they can not see this transaction. The sending bank requested a statement of my account from coinbase before they can proceed with further investigation. However, coinbase can not issue me a proper statement. ( see attached email conversation.
