On XX/XX/2021 I applied for credit to purchase a new AC unit for my house and was offered financing interest free for 12 months through service finance company llc XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Oh XXXX. Every month since then I have had difficulty paying my bill. It only arrives a few days before it is due, and while they say they have the ability to pay on the phone or online those options are not available. The web site has never worked, I am unable to even set up an account. And today when I went to the web site and got a phone number it was for a different company. I entered my account number and received a message saying they had no record of it ( which makes sense it being a different company ). Now my bill is 2 days from being due, and I am unable to pay. It seems the only reason to make it so hard to pay is that then I will have violated the terms and can then be charged interest and penalties.
