Good day madam/sir, XXXX XXXX the lender of my vehicle : - original balance of the loan keeps changing - different " original balance '' {$5000.00} lower was reported to the credit bureaus - interest keeps increasing with years with extra payments being made - requested the complete balance sheet, received only list of the payments i made with NO original balance or ending balance and no interest balance - during the first 3 months of Covid-19, since it was allowed by state, I called the company and due to hardship i asked for 3 months delay of payments, they approved it, but still reported 30/60/90 days of non-payment to all credit bureaus ( that's the only months I didn't pay as agreed with the lender ) - XXXX application provides completely wrong data. It shows I paid $ XXXX, when I paid exactly {$14000.00}. - Original balance of the loan was $ XXXX, now they told me it's $ XXXX, How is all of that possible? - XXXX claim I owe them $ XXXX more, since I paid $ XXXX out of {$21.00}, but I paid $ XXXX.
