I've been with Experian credit reporting since 2017 and the customer service has been very poor. So, I recently did dispute over the phone, and received an email on XXXX to review the results. When I tried to enter the information ( report number and ID information ), it start to load in the web browser, but the web page is blank. So I logged into my Experian account and tried to from the online using the website but received the following error message " We are currently unable to process your request. We've been notified and will actively work on fixing the issue. Please try again later ''. I've spoken to several people over past two days with no one being able to assist. I've been transferred to call centers all around the world ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ) and they all seem to be working in their own silos. Many of the representatives are rude, and less interested in solving customers problems. The management and leadership of the company seem to be lacking. The management team needs to know that they need be able to provide customer access to their personal data. Would like to escalate this feedback to XXXX XXXX the CEO of the company.
