I have been trying to dispute inaccurate items on my credit report for over 90 days. The Experian Credit Reporting Agency failed to follow FCRA Accuracy Procedures. The Experian Credit Reporting Agency failed to follow their own procedures for consumer disputes as they pertain to my written complaints, and Experian Credit Reporting Agency failed to follow reasonable written policies regarding information furnished to creditors, thus causing me to have to pay higher interest rates, as well as get turned down for credit both business and personal. Experian has caused me damages because of their lack of following both federal law as well as their own internal policies.
