I called National Credit Systems on XX/XX/2021 to discuss a collection account on my credit for XXXX XXXX. After speaking with XXXX ( a Supervisor ), he stated he was not going to budge on the account and that he was working on behalf of the apartment complex. He stated he had no decision capability and that it was up to XXXX XXXX. So I called XXXX XXXX and spoke with XXXX on XX/XX/2021, the property manager, and she stated that there is no record of me, or of an outstanding balance. In the attached letter, you will see the property complex was sold, and along with any outstanding debts would have been included. Therefore, the collection account that is reported by National Credit Systems needs to be removed and all collection activity needs to cease as the letter from XXXX XXXX states I have no outstanding balance.
