Approximately in XXXX, I went to XXXX store to switch cell phone providers XXXX to XXXX and XXXX representative stated that they will pay the balance of the lease as the commercial stated. XXXX will be responsible for all transfer fees. I transferred my phone number to XXXX but they never uploaded the last bill and serial numbers of the 2 phones to pay the lease balance to XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was informed by Police & XXXX XXXX that a outstanding collection charge of {$820.00} from XXXX is on my credit report. Police & XXXX XXXX can not move forward with my loan until this is removed. I contacted Diversified Adjustments Inc XXXX spoke with supervisor XXXX account # XXXX to dispute the charges. I contacted XXXX and they stated they have no record of my account and told me to call XXXX to request to have removed. Unfortunately, this is another number of Diversified Adjustments Inc. I did not receive any gift cards or prepaid cards during the time of transfer. The incorrect bill is created by XXXX not paying for the transfer fees and balance of lease as their ad states. This improper charge tortuously interferes with my loan process. Since both cell phone companies have the information to correct this matter, both cell phone companies need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent and fined to the highest magnitude.
