I, XXXX XXXX, entered into a consumer credit transaction with TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES which the account number is XXXX went into default and the debt was sold to a 3rd party debt collector. At the time, I didn't have an understanding of the laws under the FDCPA, TILA, and FCRA. As a consumer under these federal statues I am protected. Under FCRA 15 USC 1681 ( a ) " Accuracy and fairness of credit reporting. ( 1 ) The banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate credit reporting. Inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system. I have sent in multiple disputes to the 3 major " credit Bureaus '' ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ) who congress has defined as a elaborate mechanism trying to get this situation resolved and this information removed and they response was ... ( see attached file ). In that letter you will see that i attempted to get this information removed and i quote " Our records reflect that you submitted the same dispute to us one or more times. '' TOYOTA FINANCE SERVICES said they investigated the situation but have not provided any proof of that investigation. I DEMAND that this information be removed IMMEDIATELY under 15 USC 1692e ( 8 ) " communicating or threatening to communicate to any person credit information which is known or which should be known to be false, including the failure to communicate that a disputed debt is disputed. '' I never gave TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES or the elaborate mechanisms ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ) permission or consent to furnish this deceptive information on my consumer report.
