I have to tried to resolve this issue with Wells Fargo Dealer SVC. They have been reporting unauthorized information on my consumer credit report causing me harm to my reputation, mental anguish and have made it difficult to obtain credit. Account XXXX does not belong on my consumer credit report. I have disputed the accuracy of this alleged debt with the consumer reporting agencies of XXXX and XXXX and they report this account as " verified '' when I request " validation '' of this alleged debt. On XX/XX/2021 I sent a letter to Wells Fargo Dealer SVC demanding Validation of this alleged debt. They have failed to respond to me with any form of validation. This account continues to erroneously be reported on my consumer credit report and it must be deleted from my report. It continues to cause criminal harm to my reputation over this alleged debt. This is a violation under 15 USC 1692d ( 1 ) and ( 3 ). I demand this account be deleted.
