We went through a loan modification starting with XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX and during that time our loan was transferred to Selene Finance as a servicer. We continued the modification with Selene and it seemed to be completed in XXXX. Below is a list of the events that we know occurred with our loan in chronological order : -The XX/XX/XXXX Mod has an Eff Date of XX/XX/XXXX, while the XX/XX/XXXX Mod has an Eff Date of XX/XX/XXXX this seems strange ; -Each one of the modifications references a HUD Supplemental loan, but only the XX/XX/XXXX one was done ; -The Modifications seem to indicate a balloon payment due on the HUD Supplemental loan , but without the Note, I have no idea what the terms of that loan are and/or whether there is some mechanism for satisfaction other than making the balloon payment ; -We originally borrowed {$230000.00} in XXXX, and now you ostensibly owe around XXXX what kind of relief is this? -There needs to be some accounting somewhere as to how Selene Finance and HUD calculated the arrearages and/or the loan amounts.
