I did not consent nor contract with MIDLAND FUNDING on Wednesday XXXX XXXX. I request that this account XXXX is deleted. I ask that this alleged debt is verified and investigated. Pursuant 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( 4 ) There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. The above account is a direct impact to my ability to exercise my right to credit because my reputation with this consumer reporting agency is inaccurate and I know that the banking system is dependent on this reporting. I ask for a copy of full credit file not report the full file.
