In mid XXXX I contacted Wells Fargo regarding two accounts I had that were severely past due to set up a payment arrangement. We had sold our house and I informed Wells Fargo I would pay them in full and they promised me on the phone in mid XXXX that they would not send it to collections or sue me. I told them my house would close on XX/XX/XXXX so I would pay in full by the end of XXXX depending on when the check cleared. Sometime between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I was contacted by my sheriffs department that I was served a summons for these debts. I have already contacted that law firm and settled these debts.
