I have disputed this account on numerous occasions with Transunion, XXXX, & the Creditor ( XXXX XXXX ). Neither company are properly responding to the dispute and this is my final resort before seeking legal action. The account is being reported as a Repossession Inaccurately between Transunion & XXXX. To my understanding the FCRA states that the CRA must correct or remove inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable information in their files. CRA 's must remove obsolete information in their files. Which has not been done. The following inaccuracies are being reported on Transunion vs XXXX which are reporting differently : Transunion reports a high balance of {$12000.00} vs XXXX reports a high balance of {$10000.00} Transunion reports a date of last activity/payment of XX/XX/XXXX vs XXXX reports a date of last activity/payment of XX/XX/XXXX ( In reference to Transunion inaccurate reporting the car was repossessed in XX/XX/XXXX so how is the last day of payment after that date for a vehicle that was no longer in my possession ) Transunion reports a Payments status as " Unknown '' vs XXXX reporting a Payment status of Collection/Charge off.
