I filed a chapter XXXX bankruptcy in XXXX. I recently received an alert on my credit for {$1100.00}. The first time I called credit management llc., the representative was very rude and did not want to give me any information on what they had, so I ended the call. They apparently reported on my husband credit as well and he spoke to someone and we explained the situation but still they werent listening but that there was a second account but wouldnt say what it was. I got another alert today XX/XX/XXXX and I called and it was the same thing, one closed account and another open account but they wont say what but they have my maiden name on file.
