I been in the forbearance program since XX/XX/XXXX when the Pandemic start and i was schedule to be out in XX/XX/XXXX, since than i been dealing back and fort with my Mortgage company which is Lakeview Subserviced by XXXX, they keep denying the require paper work to complete the XXXX XXXX, so far i have return 2 set of paperwork sign and by the Notary Public they keep saying that is wrongful fill out, since last one send out to them i have ask to have a Mobile Notary Public that i'm waiting it has been a month today XX/XX/XXXX that Mobile Notary Has not contact me, I call today XX/XX/XXXX and spend 2 hours on the phone to speak with a member of management XXXX ID XXXX from XXXX XXXX and provide a Tracking number from XXXX XXXXXXXX which they was send out in XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XXXX and could not be located, documents were requested Wednesday XX/XX/XXXX for second time which are due to be return in Thursday XX/XX/XXXX and still have not receive a call from Notary public to schedule an appointment to sign documents.
