I have been using Experian to fix my credit and I have some major concerns. There report isnt as accurate at XXXX or XXXX. I have 7 accounts which have been paid on time without any issues which their own reports reflects. All 7 are current with no lates in last 2 years. My 4 % credit utilization went to 0. I have no collections, and XXXX removed a bankruptcy that isnt mine and its taking an act of Congress to get them to remove it. I followed everything they asked me to do for 2 years and my credit score dropped 23 points this month and the only thing changed was an account which they said I owed {$45.00} which I paid off in XXXX was corrected by them. There has been no negative information on my credit for 2 years but they still want me to keep paying this {$25.00} per month to fix it but even following their advise is not getting results. This makes no sense and when you get someone on the phone they cant explain it. I want the exact reason why it dropped 23 points in XXXX with 2 years of nothing negative.
