I received a letter from Jefferson Capital dated XX/XX/21 stating I owe a debt in the amount of {$680.00} w/ a description of " XXXX MC '' and a settle offer for {$370.00}. The issue is I have no knowledge of such debt. It states due to the age of debt they are not allowed to sue me but I don't want any damage to my credit either. I didn't have any accounts owing anything. Please provide a copy of any contract I signed or please refrain from attempting to collect amounts from me. Thank You.
