on XX/XX/2021 I got an online insurance quote through XXXX XXXX it showed a violation from XX/XX/2021 with the number XXXX to call if you needed more info I did she then gave me XXXX that was a recorded message with instructions how to request your report. The web address given was XXXX then additional instructions on which tab to click on. Here 's the problem that web address redirects you to the employment verification or sales department. I tried the online chat to tell them I left 3 voicemails. the web address you have here on your consumer website has the exact link that redirects you. You can not request your personal driving or violations report with this web link address. Therefore you can not get your report to verify or object to the claims on said report. Please advise.
