In XXXX of this I was giving a Vanilla Visa Gift Card for {$250.00}, In XXXX of this year I place an order for {$210.00}. The order was not processed so on XX/XX/2021, I log in to check my balance and found a fraudulent XXXX change for {$32.00} on my card. I called the phone number I found online for Vanilla Visa Gift card ( XXXX ) and filed a disputed ticket case id # XXXX. I received a dispute packet, filled out the 2 forms and sent them back to XXXX as requested on XX/XX/2021 at XXXX XXXX. I received another email a week later asking for the same forms again, which I sent that day. This morning I called the phone number to find out the status and was told it could take up to 90 days for an answer. So, I ask what about my {$210.00} and was told I could get a check for the remainder in 7 to 10 days, but I forfeit the reminding {$32.00} if this put when my way.
