It started off that we are unable to make a payment, including additional principal, online. Each month we call to make the payment over the phone so we can add additional principal and they give us a hard time because we can't do it online. They have told us the only way we can pay over the phone is if we pay a {$9.00} fee each month, which would be fine if it wasn't for the fact that the entire reason for the issue is because they can't seem to get there website fixed. This has been an ongoing issue since may of this year when we paid our first payment. We have notified them of the issue on numerous occasions only to be told we are doing something wrong. They also will not speak to my wife, who is a borrower on the loan, because they say she is " unauthorized '' to transact business.
