Notice to all in fact, pursuant with title 15 of the US constitution I am a consumer. The United States is a Corporation pursuant 28 usc 3002 ( 15 ) and I Am a consumer of this corporation. As a consumer I have never signed a contract or PROMISSORY Note with the company XXXX XXXX XXXX. I believe them to be a 3rd party debt collector which means they must operate once 15 usc 1692 the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I demand to see proof that XXXX XXXX XXXX is in fact the owner of any alleged debt they may claim I own, I am formally requesting a receipt of. purchase giving them authority to collect this alleged debt. Pursuant 18 usc 8 ANY and ALL bill and certificates of indebtedness are the obligation of the United States the corporation not me the consumer. I also have never given written or oral permission for this item to be furnished on my consumer reports which is a direct violation of 15 usc 1681b. Notice in Fact that I am demanding these alleged debts be removed OR send me check in the mail for {$5000.00} for every minute that its been on my consumer report
