I have 5 lates on my credit report that shouldn't be there. I fell behind because i got XXXX in XXXX and couldn't work for 3 weeks. I contacted XXXX XXXX about this and they were supposed to be understanding. I made my payment as soon as I was able to in XXXX and I thought i was up to date - apparently they charged me a late fee that I wasn't aware of, my account looked fine online, so I just kept making my payments. Come to find out that a late charge was on my account that hit my credit report in XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I can understand one late charge, because I truly was late in XXXX, knew I was going to be and called XXXX XXXX for circumstances out of my control, but to have this continue to roll into several months is XXXX. My account is paid up to date as of now, but my credit is suffering for this. It is not fair.
