XX/XX/2021 I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX IL. The dealer was given a {$7500.00} down payment and financing the balance was acquired by Westlake Financial Services, XXXX XXXX CA. I was disappointed with the percentage rate offered of 10.9 % despite my credit score of XXXX. Upon closing deal, the vehicle was driven to local gas station for fuel. The vehicle engine light appeared leaving station. The dealer, XXXX XXXX was notified about engine light. The vehicle needed 4 catalytic converters in which the dealer agreed to repair. West Lake Financial as lienholder held dealer payment until repair completion. XX/XX/2021 I picked the vehicle from dealer 's contractor, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX IL. Westlake Financial Services was immediately notified of repair completion. Shortly after, I received calls to return vehicle from dealer. XX/XX/2021 the vehicle was returned the dealer and down payment refunded because Westlake Financial Services cancelled contract. I have not received written notification for the denial of financing when I have a XXXX credit score.
