I've sent several letters to TransUnion, XXXX, and XXXX requesting the removal of a Bankruptcy from my credit report or to provide proof from the court to verify the reporting accuracy. Most recently letters were sent certified on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX as well as letters in XXXX. They falsely claims on my credit report that information received from the bankruptcy court was verified as accurate. I received a letter from the court clerk stating that the court does not report to third parties including credit bureaus. Credit Bureaus have failed to respond to my request for method of verification concurrently with the FCRA and allow me a current copy of my credit report.
