My complaint is with the following companies. 1. XXXX XXXX 2.Capital One 3. Mastercaed I booked an XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX. The XXXX XXXX property was not as advertised. Due to the timing of the wedding, food preparation, location, and mutliple travelers arrival upon check in- the unit was less than satisifactory. This information was brought to the host via messenger prior to check out and I was met with a unprofessional response that me and my guest threw a large party and I am not getting a refund - so there is no need to send pictures of the property taken upon check in. I notified XXXX XXXX and was given the run around and ultimately deferred back to the host. To avoid combative arguing - I notified XXXX XXXX that I would dispute the charges with capital one. Capital one provided a provisional credit during the dispute, removed the credit, and sent a letter that took 10 days to arrive to my home denying my claim. Within this letter, I was given the option to request for my claim to be re-opened and the option was then given to me to submit the respective support which includes video and images of the property compared to what was advertised. My claim was denied stating " insufficient support :. I was also told that mastercared does not accept images for review. I was also referred back to the merchant in which I have decided to pursue this all the way into taking legal action to recover costs and damages for what I feel is discriminatoruy practices. I am requesting a full refund and preparing to file a legal complaint against all parties.
