Talked to Medical Data Systemns around XX/XX/XXXX. Asked them if I pay off acct. could they delete medical collection from my credit reports? Oh yes she said. The credit bureaus will have deletion letter by XX/XX/XXXX. I call all XXXX credit bureaus around XX/XX/XXXX no they have received anything. I called XXXX well I sent it the supervisor XXXX says. Call XXXX again 3 more times no they have not received anything.Finally filed a dispute against them they reported back to bureaas account was not paid. It showed a XXXX balance for a couple of days but then reaapeared.And it showed the total amount. that I started out with {$7300.00}. I attached a copy of bank statement proving it was paid on XX/XX/XXXX. I paid payments on acct. for all of XXXX up until XX/XX/XXXX {$200.00} a month. Balance started out at {$7300.00} and got it paid down to {$4700.00} when it was paid off. I want this removed from my credit reports immediately exactly like they promised. Why are they fooling around with people 's lives like this? I am trying to get a mortgage and this is the only thing holding me back. I am going to get in touch with XXXX XXXX XXXX the originial vendor. We will see what they have to say. I so desperately need help. They are just making me go around and around like they are playing a game, Please help me?
