On XX/XX/2021, I sent a 609 letter requesting an investigation from XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding inaccurate/erroneous items on my credit report that were being reported illegally. On XX/XX/2021, XXXX XXXX XXXX sent a letter stating they completed the investigation, the items were verified as accurate and the items were not deleted, as requested. This concerns me as I do not understand how they arrived at this conclusion since this information is indeed incorrect and does not belong to me. On XX/XX/2021, I sent a Method of Verification letter, requesting under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 7 ) for a description of the procedure used by your agency in providing all information to the creditor associated with my earlier dispute under FCRA 611 ( a ) filed with on XX/XX/2021. I also stated that they have to reply within 15 days of the date of this letter or delete the negative items, as originally requested. It has been 15 days and I have received no response.
