1 ) Purchased 2 items online from Nordstrom on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX Order # XXXX 2 ) Never received items and actually forgot I had made the purchase. 3 ) Received a call from Nordstrom on XX/XX/XXXX reminding me to make a payment on my credit card before I incurred a late fee. I could not remember making a purchase and told them I would research and call them back. 4 ) I researched the purchase and found some emails about the purchase in my SPAM folder. I went online and tracked the package on the XXXX website and found the following : Your shipment XXXX Delivered On Saturday, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX at Front Door 5 ) Called Nordstrom Card Services and told them I never rec 'd the package. They told me I would have to speak with XXXX as they could not assist me. 6 ) I chatted with XXXX and basically was told I waited to long to report the missing items, which I didn't realize were missing until XX/XX/, and I would have to file a police report and try to get my insurance to reimburse me. 7 ) I filed a dispute with XXXX on XX/XX/. 8 ) I received another call from Nordstrom Card Services on XX/XX/XXXX and explained the situation and was told they would do some additional research and see if they could help because I should not have to pay for something I did not receive. 9 ) Nordstrom responded on XX/XX/ and stated their reporting was correct. 10 ) I filed a claim with XXXX but have not heard from them. 11 ) Nordstrom flagged my account as 30 days past due on XX/XX/ and my credit score dropped 93 points!
