Since XX/XX/2021 I have been filing a complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX Equifax and XXXX XXXX XXXX Bank - Account XXXX Great XXXX XXXX XXXX Account XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX No investigation has been opened on my behalf. Also have sent request for Debt validation and have not received anything back from the creditors or collection agencies regarding my dispute. The bureaus are now considered being in direct violation of the FCRA guidelines and also the collection agencies are now in direct violation of the FDCPA guidelines. The timeframe for an investigation has now passed and I am requesting within my consumer rights for a permanent deletion of the accounts listed above. I have attached the disputes that was sent in the to creditors/collections agencies and to the bureaus with no regards are response back. I have also attached my Driver 's License, Utility Bill and Social Security card for proof of my identity. Please consider this my written authorization.
