I did agreement with the mortgage company to skip three months of mortgage with the amount of {$2700.00} Each total {$8300.00}. XX/XX/2020 XX/XX/2020 XX/XX/2020 the agreement is I will pay those three payments when I refinance my house or sell my house they put a Lean on my title Our agreement not to report me to the credit report as a delinquent they did I had to go through XXXX with them to remove the delinquent and they did fix it Im trying to refinance my home they violated the law with a written request to give me my payoff and timely matter then I find out the three payments Being five or six payments equals XXXX some change they deleted my refinance so I could stay with them and pay high interest rate they gave me a full speed off about that three payments I escaped and Im still battling with them they dont wan na listen
