On XX/XX/XXXX I tried to make a payment on my CapitalOne QuicksilverOne card ending in XXXX, and noticed that my account was restricted for fraud. I called customer service and asked why were they making claims that I the Consumer committed fraud, and informed them that was Deformation of Character. CapitalOne informed me it was fraud because my payment bounced back, I replied I had the account ending in XXXX since XXXX of XXXX and had been making payments from the same account since the beginning of the consumer transaction and just because my payment was returned because of insufficient funds does not institute fraud. And if they had not closed everyone account for fraud who payment was returned then they are in direct violation of 15 U.S. Code SUBCHAPTER IVEQUAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITY
