The problem I am having is that they are reporting a late payment when I was in the process of asking for assistance for the people who were affected by COVID. I asked for the help in XXXX, everything was online. At the end of XXXX I got a confirmation that they received the assistance application for financial help and that they would contact me in 10 days. After that we have been follow up over the phone contact because there had been no response. They have been asking for documents which we have already sent to them. On the XXXX of XXXX I received a letter from them stating they had received the package where I was looking for assistance and that the packet was completed and they would send me a determination regarding the availability of foreclosure prevention. On the XXXX of XXXX they stated they had reviewed the loan and stated I qualified for the pandemic payment deferral program. When I go see my credit report I have made the last payment in XXXX of 2020. In XXXX I asked for help. I appear on the credit report that in XXXX in XXXX the payment was unknown because I was still waiting for response. In XXXX I received letters but still had no offers on programs and I then started paying in XXXX. In XXXX they are showing that I am over 100 days late but I had not been able to pay since XXXX. I have all the documents showing all this as well. Please note that my wife has reported this same complaint already under tickets XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. But since credit report is for each person, I need to also fix my credit score, because the mortgage is under both names, my wife and mine
