I disputed the credit card expenditure I made for XXXX XXXX XXXX run by XXXX real estate ( Property Payment Rent on the credit card statement ) in XXXX due to the promise they could not keep about the service I should have gotten. And, the company and I solved the dispute on XX/XX/2021. They refunded me {$300.00} and I had the bank release the payment of {$300.00} to them. We got even. I have gotten a call and letter later on from National Credit Systems ( a debt collector agency ) claiming that I have a {$300.00} debt to them. I have told them that I have already paid the debt to the company and I do not owe anything. I have also mailed them the letter I got from my bank about the resolution of the dispute and the automatic payment made to the company afterward. I kindly request your help to resolve this matter by canceling the debt I allegedly owed to the debt collector agency and have them revise its record. I have also requested the repair it has caused to my credit score. Thank you.
