This company has violated my rights under federal law. This company has violated my right of privacy under 15 USC 1681a ( 4 ) by furnishing negative and adverse information on my consumer report without my consent. This company has also violated my rights under 15 USC 1692g by failing to validate this debt in a timely manner after I sent them a letter. In that letter I also demanded that they cease collection and communication through any and every medium with me or any other company that's stated under law until this debt was validated and they have failed to do so. I am tired of being XXXX as a consumer and i will not stand for this any longer. I am seeking monetary damages and I have attached an invoice for every violation under the FCRA & FDCPA.
