I sent a Debt Validation Letter to the General Service Bureau regarding an account. I asked for the Validation of the account so that I know they can legally collect in my state, have proper paperwork to collect, verify where the account came from, know I have my signature allowing a third party to collect on a debt, ect ( See attached letter for information ). In the response to my validation letter, GSB sent me an itemized statement of the bill thus not validating said debt. I was not asking for an itemized statement. I was asking for all information regarding the account and they did not give me any pertinent information regarding it. I am now filing this complaint. Attached to this report will be the Validation letter I had sent GSB.
