I received a transfer of service notice from my current services, community loan servicing indicating my loan would be transferred to Fay servicing on XX/XX/XXXX. The letter indicated that Fay servicing would be accepting payments as of XX/XX/XXXX and gave a phone number ( XXXX ) and address for Fay servicing to send payments to Fay Servicing , LLc XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Ill XXXX. I contacted Fay servicing on XX/XX/XXXX to make a payment and get my account number and they had no record of the loan. I contacted Fay servicing on XX/XX/XXXX to attempt to make my payment once again. I spoke to XXXX XXXX on a recorded line on Friday morning at XXXX PST at Fay servicing. I was told they had no record of my loan and could not accept payment. I was also told not to mail my payment to the address given on the Transfer service notice because I had no account number, and they had no record of the loan. I was told they were having problems on boarding loans, and I would not be charged a late fee or any penalties because it was there fault. XXXX XXXX told me to keep calling back and checking to see if my loan has been on boarded. I also called my previous service-Community loan servicing on XX/XX/XXXX, and spoke to XXXX at XXXX to make her aware of the problem and what they had indicated in the letter about Fay accepting payments on XX/XX/XXXX was inaccurate and false. She has referred me to a consumer advocate person at Community loan servicing who will call me on XX/XX/XXXX. Community loan can not accept my payment because they have my loan transferring to Fay servicing as of XX/XX/XXXX, and Fay servicing has no record of the loan. Please help me resolve this. I just want to make my mortgage payment now.
